Delivery Timeline Metro cities: 2–5 business days Other cities and towns: 3–7 business days Remote locations: 5–10 business days Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Shipping Charges Free shipping on orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 may incur a shipping charge, which will be displayed at checkout. (Change the ₹499 amount if your store uses a different free-shipping threshold.) Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS (if provided) so you can monitor your shipment. Delivery Attempts Our courier partners will make delivery attempts. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch. Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and products.
